Five Bobcat Gridders Land NFF Hampshire Honor Society Induction

Players who helped lead MSU to national championship game appearance also excel in classroom
BOZEMAN, Montana – Five Bobcat football players earned induction into the National Football Foundation's Hampshire Honor Society this week, the NFF announced.
Linebacker Troy Andersen (Dillon, Montana), nickel back Tadan Gilman (Kalispell, Montana), offensive tackle Lewis Kidd (Minneapolis, Minnesota), defensive tackle Byron Rollins (Missoula, Montana) and quarterback Tucker Rovig (Meridian, Idaho) each earned the honor awarded to college football players who have completed their eligibility with a cumulative undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.20. Honorees must also have started or played a significant role for their team.
The five Bobcats join a group of 1,559 student-athletes from 313 colleges and universities. That total includes 37 Big Sky players.
