BOZEMAN, Mont. – After a successful inaugural Blue and Gold Gala last fall, tickets are now on sale for the second annual event on Friday, November 1, in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse on the Montana State University campus.
Bobcat Athletics and the Bobcat Club Annual Scholarship Fund hosted the first-ever Gala in Worthington Arena on Nov. 2, 2018. The formal event was designed as a fundraiser for student-athlete scholarships and celebration for Bobcat Athletics achievements. The evening included a cocktail hour, silent auction and live auction, as well as a served dinner. In all, the Blue and Gold Gala raised approximately $130,000 for student-athlete scholarships.
"The support for this event was overwhelming last year, and we're so thrilled to be bringing it back," said Leon Costello, Montana State Director of Athletics. "To spend an evening with our supporters celebrating our love of the Bobcats and raising money to support Bobcat student-athletes is something special."
The Blue and Gold Gala will be emceed by current Bobcat Club board member David Peretto and longtime Bobcat fan and supporter Dean Folkvord will serve as the auctioneer again this year.
Table sponsors start at $1,250 and individual tickets are available for $150 each (purchase here).
For supporters who are unable to attend the event, but want to participate in the silent auction, items are available to bid online at the Blue & Gold Gala website.
More information regarding registration and event details will be provided online by the Bobcat Club at msubobcatclub.com and at msubobcats.com. To contribute to Montana State student-athlete scholarships, contact the Bobcat Club at
