MSU looks to get back on track against the Hornets
Home cooking helped the Bobcats' offense heat up on Thursday, but wasn't enough to produce a win over league-leading Northern Colorado. That confluence of events - along with Sacramento State's loss at Montana - sets up MSU's Sunday afternoon home game against the Hornets as a crucial contest for both squads. Tipoff is at 12 noon for the Big Sky Altitude TV Game of the Week. The 'Cats look to snap a six-game losing streak, but more importantly help solidify chances of qualifying for the Big Sky Conference Tournament. With its hot play prior to Thursday's loss, the Hornets look to play their way into the league's post-season event. A win over the Hornets would mean that only Idaho State could catch the 'Cats from behind them in the standings.
