
Bobcat spikers make last road trip of season

The Montana State volleyball team will take its final road trip of the season to Sacramento State on Saturday.

The Montana State volleyball team will play just one match this weekend, traveling to Sacramento State on Saturday, Nov. 13. The match with the Hornets is slated for 8 p.m. (MST). Last weekend, the Bobcats dropped a pair of matches in Shroyer Gym to Northern Arizona (3-2) and Northern Colorado (3-1). The losses officially eliminated the Bobcats from contention for one of four spots in the Big Sky Conference tournament. MSU is currently 10-16 overall and 3-10 in league play. The ten victories are seven more than the previous season when the 'Cats notched a 3-23 mark. Sacramento State, who will play Montana on Friday night, is 13-15 overall and 6-6 in Big Sky play. The Hornets are still alive for a postseason playoff berth.
