Kelly Williams joined Montana State University in January 2022 and has served as the Event and Guest Services Manager for MSU Sports Facilities since May 2022. In her role, Kelly oversees event management for all athletic and non-athletic events held in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, Bobcat Stadium, and Shroyer Gym.
Her responsibilities include leading the MSU Event Staff and Guest Services Team, coordinating event operations, and managing life safety and venue security initiatives. Kelly works closely with campus and community partners to ensure a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests attending events on campus.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management in 2022. She began her professional career at Montana State and has been an integral part of the team supporting the university’s growing events landscape.
Kelly currently resides in Bozeman.
