Ifeoluwa R. Afolayan serves as the Student Services Graduate Assistant (GSA) for Bobcat Athletics, a role she began in August 2025. In this position, Afolayan supports student-athletes with academic advising and counseling to promote progress toward graduation and NCAA eligibility. She helps facilitate study hall sessions, provides support with learning strategies such as time management and test preparation, assists with textbook distribution, and contributes to communications and administrative operations within Student-Athlete Academic Services.
Before joining Montana State University, Ifeoluwa built diverse professional experience across education, procurement, and international development. She served as a Procurement Trainee at the European Stability Mechanism (2023–2024) in Luxembourg, a Procurement Intern at the African Development Bank in Côte d’Ivoire (2022–2023), and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Lagos, Nigeria (2021–2022). Earlier in her career, she worked as a Class Teacher and Administrative Officer at Jason Tendercare School in Lagos (2015–2018).
Ifeoluwa is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction at Montana State University.
She resides in Bozeman with her spouse, Hezekiah.
