Indoor (Freshman): Appeared in four meets … Set collegiate bests in the 60 (8.45) and the long jump (16-10.75) at the Bobcat Preview on Dec. 6 … Took a season-high sixth in the long jump at two meets … Named to the Big Sky Conference Winter All-Academic Team.
Background: Competed for four seasons for Butte Central Catholic and graduated in 2019 ... Qualified for the Class A Track and Field Championships each year for the Maroons ... Finished her prep career as a back-to-back state champion in the long jump, setting a personal best in the event as a senior of 17-10.50 ... Made the podium for the first time as a sophomore when she took third in the long jump at the state meet ... Also made the Class A Championships in the 100 each season and competed in the triple jump twice.
