2020-21 Season: Ran in three events at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships finishing a high 13th in the steeplechase … Recorded personal bests during outdoor season in the 1,500 (4:29.53), the 5,000 (18:57.81) and the steeplechase (10:26.16) … Also ran a personal-best time of 4:50.21 in the indoor mile … Steeplechase mark was sixth best in school history and indoor mile is the seventh fastest … Steeplechase time was the 65th best in the West Region … Completed a first-place finish in the 1,500 at the Al Manuel Invitational (March 27) and in the mile on Jan. 22 … A member of MSU’s Big Sky Winter Cross Country Championship squad … Five runner-up finishes in individual events ... Cross Country (Sophomore): Made two appearances for the Bobcats … Finished 25th overall, and 11th among Bobcat runners, at the opening MSU Cross Country Classic by finishing in a time 18:57.23 … Also finished 73rd overall at the Montana Invitational (21:03.10).
Indoor (Freshman): Made first Big Sky Championship appearance … Earned all-conference honors while taking third on MSU’s third-place distance medley relay with a time of 12:17.83 at the Big Sky meet … Also finished 14th in the mile by crossing the line in 5:20.31 … Completed season-high finish of second in the mile at the Bobcat Invitational (Feb. 2) … Achieved lifetime bests in the 800 (2:26.01) and mile (5:08.01) … Named to Big Sky Winter All-Academic team.
