Montana State – During Ioane’s 17 seasons as part of the Bobcat football program, the team won six of the program’s 15 all-time Big Sky Championships... he is one of only two Big Sky Defensive MVPs (2003) to coach a Big Sky Defensive MVP (Jody Owens, 2012) as primary position coach... MSU’s 2019 team advanced to the NCAA FCS Playoffs Semifinals for the first time since 1984
Washington – The Huskies allowed the fewest points per game and yards per game in each of Ioane’s two seasons in the program.
