All parking and tailgating for events at Bobcat Stadium are managed by University Parking and Transportation Services, in partnership with MSU Athletics. Net revenues support scholarships for MSU student-athletes.
Fans can purchase spots HERE or by calling the Bobcat Ticket Office at 406-994-CATS.
2025 Season Parking & Tailgating Guidelines
- Bobcat Club Tailgate Lots: Lots 15, 20, 25
- Kagy Blvd closes 4 hours prior to kick-off
- Parking passes:
- Tailgate: 2 stalls
- RV: 4 stalls
- Reserved: 1 stall
- General: first-come, first-serve, guaranteed availability
- Hang tags must be displayed at all times
- Grassy areas adjacent to tailgate spots are not included; guests may use them but availability is not guaranteed. Altering these areas is not allowed, except snow removal
RV Information
- RV's allowed in designated areas only: South Fieldhouse Lot 15 Reserved, West Lot 20, East Lot 25 & 7th Ave North of Kagy
- All RV’s must be 36’ in length or shorter
- RV's are NOT permitted in other areas; multiple single stall passes cannot be combined for RVs
- Quiet hours for generators: 10 PM–6 AM; music must be non-invasive
- No generators provided by MSU Athletics; privately owned generators are allowed
- RV entry: Friday 6 PM; vacate by Sunday noon. Availability not guaranteed until Saturday morning
Tailgating Rules
- Tailgating may begin no earlier than 4 hours prior to kickoff (except for shelter rule)
- All non-RV tailgate spots must be vacated within 60 minutes after the game
- No glass containers allowed
- Secure valuables; MSU is not responsible for theft or loss
- All materials (tents, tables, etc.) must be removed each game
- Tents may not be staked into asphalt
- All fires must be in approved devices, attended at all times, and fully extinguished. Ashes must be properly disposed of
- Pets must be leashed and are not permitted inside the stadium
- Campus and city parking rules are enforced; violators may be ticketed or towed
Gameday Parking
- Paid lots: all campus south of Grant Street (excluding Bison Lot 2), South Fieldhouse Lot 15, West Lot 20, East Lot 25, 7th Street garage
- Free lots: all campus north of Grant Street (excluding Bison residential lots)
ADA Parking
- Available in Lot 13
- Two shuttles operate between Lot 13 and the stadium:
- Gold Line – northeast to Gate 3
- Blue Line – southwest to Gate 12
- Shuttles run from 2.5 hours before kickoff until 1 hour after the game
Single Game Group Events
- Groups may purchase space in the practice field area north of the stadium
- Groups must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs
- No parking spaces included; contact the Bobcat Club for more info
Trash & Recycling
- Tailgate owners are responsible for trash removal
- Dumpsters located throughout tailgating lots; no individual receptacles provided
