The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
National Crisis Text Line: 741741
Crisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, providing access to free, 24/7 support via a medium people already use and trust: text. They will provide a link to resources such as apps and breathing GIFs, and then will find you a volunteer crisis counselor to chat with via text.
Bozeman Help Center
The Help Center provides crisis counseling, advocacy, information, outreach, support, and services to clientele in a safe, confidential environment. Their line (406-586-3333) is open 24/7/365. They aim to provide structure and support for the emotional health of people of all ages and demographics. Contact: 406-586-3333

Hope House
The Hope House is part of Western Montana Mental Health Center, and offers mental health and drug & alcohol abuse services. Services include adult outpatient therapies, comprehensive schools & community treatment, crisis stabilization, drop-in center (Open Arms), emergency services, jail diversion, psychiatric/medication management services, and vocational services. Search by organization name or keyword, based on the services you need.
