Crisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, providing access to free, 24/7 support via a medium people already use and trust: text. They will provide a link to resources such as apps and breathing GIFs, and then will find you a volunteer crisis counselor to chat with via text.Â

The Help Center provides crisis counseling, advocacy, information, outreach, support, and services to clientele in a safe, confidential environment. Their line (406-586-3333) is open 24/7/365. Montana 211 is part of a national network that provides a website easily searched for your city's non-profit and government services. Search by organization name or keyword, based on the services you need. These non-emergency services may include food, medication, mental health, addiction, transportation, LGBTQ services, legal services, and more. Or, you can dial 2-1-1 for a trained resource specialist who will help you navigate the services in your area.Â
