STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING MISSION STATEMENT
Vision Statement:
It is the vision of the Montana State University Strength and Conditioning Department is to conduct a program that positively impacts the quality of life for all those who participate or associate with the strength and conditioning program. It is the vision of this department to foster productive and meaningful professional relationships with administrators, professors, coaches, sports medicine, and student athletes that leads to the maximal development of student-athletes academically, athletically, and socially.
Mission Statement:
It is our mission to maximize student-athlete’s athletic potential while reducing their risk of injury. This is accomplished through adherence to scientifically proven principles of strength and conditioning including ground-based, multiple joint, and three dimensional movements. It is also our goal to create a positive, encouraging, and energetic training environment conducive to the overall development of student-athletes.
