2012
A versatile player who has seen a variety of positions on the floor, Barney will find a home in the middle this season.
2011
Played in 84 sets and recorded 95 kills, averaging 1.13 per contest...finished season with 54 total blocks, which was third best on the squad...had season-high seven blocks against Portland State...notched nine kills in back-to-back matches as the Bobcats defeated Idaho State and Weber State on the road...posted season-high five digs against Tennessee Martin...four matches hitting over .300 from the floor.
2010
Saw action in 94 of Montana State’s 105 sets...averaged 1.84 kills per set, while hitting .186 from the field...was third on the squad with 173 kills...posted five matches in double-figure kills, including a career-best 16 kills in MSU’s win over Western Carolina...had two Big Sky Confer- ence matches in double-figure kills, including 14 against Weber State...was third on the team with 50 block assists...notched a season-high six total blocks against Sacramento State...logged season-best .476 attack mark, knocking down 10 kills on zero errors and 21 attempts.
2009
Played in 99 of 101 sets and averaged 1.62 kills and 1.28 digs per game ...third on the team with 160 kills and hit .119 from the floor... posted six matches in double-figure kills, including a season-high 13 kills against Northern Colorado...notched four double-digit dig matches, including a season-best 11 saves against Seattle...led team with 25 service aces...tallied 56 total blocks...season-best eight blocks against Weber State...had season-high .417 hitting percentage against Northern Colorado...Big Sky Conference All Academic pick.
High School
Barney was part of three straight Utah 4A state titles at Snow Canyon... during her tenure with SCHS, the program posted a 58-13 mark... garnered 4A MVP accolades...was selected for the USVA High Performance program that played in Italy.
