Bio
Montana State (2011) Enters the season as a possible starter at left guard, or as a backup at both guard positions, depending on the team’s health situation. (2010) Logged a season as important as anyone’s to Montana State’s 2010 Big Sky Championship, transitioning seamlessly into the starting lineup when injuries decimated MSU’s offensive line… started the opener at right guard for Ben Tauanuu, moving to left guard when Conrad Burbank was injured in game one… missed a pair of late-season games with an injury, but also helped anchor MSU’s special teams units. (2009) Played in the first three games as a reserve offensive lineman and on special teams before injury ended his season. (2008) Battled through a hand injury during the season… played sparingly, moving to offensive line once injuries thinned the position late in the season. (2007) Redshirted at MSU.
High School A three-sport athlete at Butte High, earning Great Falls Tribune Superstate honors as a senior… played running back and linebacker.
Academics Enrolled in MSU’s top-notch history program.
Personal Born Casey Michael Dennehy on January 23, 1989 in Renton, WA… one of three children of Theresa and Kelly Dennehy… his uncle Mick Dennehy is a former University of Montana player and head coach, while cousin Paul Dennehy quarterbacked the Bobcats to the 1976 National Championship during a storied career that landed him in the MSU Wendy’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
