Montana State (2014) One of the league’s dynamic players, begins his senior season as the team’s starting running back and top return specialist. (2013) Began his junior campaign as a preseason All-America punt returner and ended it as MSU’s first All-America return specialist in a decade… returned two kickoffs and a punt for touchdowns… rushed for 109 yards in the opener against Monmouth, 128 against North Dakota… returned a kick 100 yards against North Dakota, the longest in school history, and also a 99-yarder against UNC, giving him the two longest kickoff returns in the Big Sky in 2013… First Team All-Big Sky, and Second and Third Team All-America… returns a punt 82 yards against Montana. (2012) Played in all 13 games, starting one… carried 31 times for 176 yards… a weapon in the pass game, catching nine passes for 155 yards and two scores… his 17.2 yards per catche led the team… led the team with 25 punt returns for 220 yards, including a 72-yard touchdown return… also returned team-high 15 kickoffs for 331 yards… honorable mention all-league return man. (2011) Showed flashes as an all-purpose player… carried 12 times for 59 yards, and returned 18 punts for 125 yards… returned a pair of punts for touchdowns which were negated by penalty… also returned 18 kicks for 352 yards.
High School Rushed for 1,870 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior at Bakersfield Centennial, catching 28 passes for 266 yards and six touchdowns… played for former Bobcat quarterback Bryan Nixon… 579 kick return yards, 212 punt return yards… league Offensive Player of the Year… First Team All-Area and First Team All-Conference… chosen for US Army High School area all-star game.
