MSU celebrates 17th Gold Rush game with home opener against Maine
BOZEMAN, Montana – Bobcat Athletics' annual celebration of Gold Rush officially begins on March 27, when the logo design contest for this year's t-shirt officially opens.
The process of designing the logo for MSU's 17th Gold Rush game is open to the public, and will be voted on by the public ahead of Montana State's home opener on Saturday, September 7 against Maine. Fans can purchase the official Gold Rush t-shirt at the MSU Bookstore and Universal Athletic, and the t-shirt design contest winner receives $500, four tickets to this year's Gold Rush game, and on-field recognition at that contest.
To qualify for the contest, "Gold Rush 2024" must be clearly distinguished with the correct Bobcat logo visible. The graphic may feature up to four colors for use on the gold shirts, and designs should have a 300 dpi resolution and be submitted as a vector file (EPS).
Design submissions will be accepted until 5 pm MDT on Friday, April 19. A committee comprised of campus and community members will choose four finalists for a public vote. The voting process will be publicized through Bobcat Athletics' social media channels and on msubobcats.com.
