Northern Colorado outhit Montana State .301 to .054, and registered 17 more kills than the Bobcats en route to a 25-22, 25-15, 25-13 win at Bank of Colorado Arena on Thursday night.
Northern Colorado (14-5, 5-1) held advantages in kills, aces, digs and blocks. Gabi Placide, the Big Sky Conference Offensive Player of the Week, led all hitters with 13 kills, while teammate Brynn Reines added 11.
