Offensive coordinator Taylor Housewright, two projected starting receivers miss Gold Rush
BOZEMAN, Montana – Montana State assistant football coach Taylor Housewright will serve a suspension during Saturday's Montana State-Utah Tech game, Bobcat head coach Brent Vigen announced today. The suspension relates to an off-the-field incident in the spring.

The Cats also play without several key players this evening. As we approach the 50th anniversary of Bobcat Stadium's opening, former MSU star running back Wayne Edwards will present the State of Montana flag to current running back Lane Sumner, who will lead the team into the venue. Edwards rambled for 127 yards in Montana State's 42-7 win over Idaho State in the first game ever played at Reno H. Sales Stadium. Edwards said "the excitement built" throughout the summer for the team's new digs, and that "it was really fun" on that sunny day September 8, 1973.
