With six points and four rebounds, Darian White reached a milestone no other player has achieved within the Montana State women's basketball program. White became the first player to record 1,400 points, 500 rebounds, 300 assists and 200 steals. The accomplished highlighted a long night for the Bobcats in the opening-round of the Maui Jim Classic as No. 11/10 LSU handed MSU a 91-52 setback a South Maui Community Gym.

Grace Beasley paced Montana State (6-5) with 15 points, shooting six-of-10 from the field and three-of-four from behind the arc. She also added four rebounds, three assists and two steals. Lexi Deden came off the bench to chip in eight points and four rebounds.

For the game, MSU shot 30.4% from the field, connected on six-of-24 from distance and converted 12-of-14 free throws. LSU (11-0) shot 52.3% from the floor and went 19-26 at the line.

The Tigers outscored the Bobcats 17-2 on points scored off turnovers and held a 24-5 advantage in second chance points.

Angel Reese led LSU with 30 points and 12 rebounds.

MSU plays Nevada at 4 p.m. (7 p.m. MT) on Sunday afternoon.
