Record-Setting 2022 Blue & Gold Gala Benefits Bobcat Student-Athletes

MSU raises record amount in support of Bobcat student-athletes
BOZEMAN, Montana – Bobcat Athletics success didn't come solely in competition last weekend. The Fifth Annual Security Title Blue & Gold Gala produced a record-setting amount for the Bobcat Club on Friday, October 21.
The event, featuring a banquet with live and silent auctions, raised $515,000 to benefit the Bobcat Club Annual Scholarship Fund, which supports the program's more than 350 student-athletes. This amount equates to nearly 21 full in-state scholarships and helps the Bobcat Club in their goal of raising $3M annually to support varsity programs. Nearly 450 people attended the Security Title Blue & Gold Gala, and many others participated in the silent auction on-line.
"The support for our student-athletes is at an all-time high," said Director of Athletics Leon Costello. "The way this event has grown over the last five years is a testament to how much our Bobcat community cares about our programs. We are so grateful to our sponsors, attendees, and everyone who participated from afar."
Costello announced next year's Blue & Gold Gala is set for October 13, 2023.
