Letter to Bobcat Men's Basketball Fans
9/23/2019 2:05:00 PM | Men's Basketball
Dear Bobcat Basketball Season Ticket Holders and Fans,
It's hard to believe that basketball season is almost upon us! With official practices starting this week, the buzz in and around the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse is real. We're excited for the season - and it's clear our fans are, too, as we're nearly 200 season tickets ahead of last year.
As you may have noticed in an earlier press release, some of our game times for our home season have changed. Instead of playing at 2 p.m. each Saturday, we've expanded our tipoff times to include more of a variety for our fans. We've been listening to your feedback in the off season, and an overwhelming majority of you want later game times to allow you and your family to enjoy all that winter in Bozeman has to offer - skiing, youth sports, and more. Please be sure to review our schedule closely so that you know which games will have the later start times - Saturday games this year will all be at 4 p.m., 6 p.m. or 7 p.m. Most weeknight games will be played at 7 p.m., with the exception being our 8 p.m. matchup with South Dakota State on Thursday, December 5. We'd also encourage you to come early to the Brick that night, as our women's team plays host to Gonzaga at 6 p.m.
After this season, we'll evaluate our different game times based on attendance numbers and your feedback and determine a more consistent game time for future seasons based on the best results.
Thank you for your continued support of Bobcat Basketball - we can't wait to have you back in the Brick in just a few short weeks!
Go Cats!
