Kyle Risinger, Montana State’s defensive intern during the 2016 season, has been elevated by Bobcat coach Jeff Choate to assistant secondary coach
BOZEMAN, Mont. – Kyle Risinger, Montana State's defensive intern during the 2016 season, has been elevated by Bobcat coach Jeff Choate to assistant secondary coach.
A former two-time All-Northern Sun Honorable Mention choice at St. Cloud State, Risinger will aid first-year coach Mark Orphey in the defensive backfield this season. He also worked as a defensive graduate assistant at Indiana State in 2015 before joining the MSU staff.
Risinger logged over 200 tackles in his three-year career with the Huskies, and his 15 career pass breakups was in the school's career top 10 upon his graduation.
