BOZEMAN – Bobcat Athletics is announcing a public design contest for the 2017 Gold Rush official T-shirt.
Montana State will host South Dakota State on Saturday, Sept. 9, in the 11th annual Gold Rush game at Bobcat Stadium. The official Gold Rush t-shirt, available at the MSU Bookstore and Universal Athletic, will have a featured design created and voted on by you, the fans.
"We're excited to give our fans the opportunity to create and choose this year's Gold Rush design," Montana State Associate Athletic Director Bethany Cordell said. "The Gold Rush game isn't just the home opener for our Bobcat football team, but also is one of the first chances we get to welcome our MSU supporters back to campus. We really look forward to seeing what our fans produce and choose for one of our great Bobcat traditions."
The winner of the T-shirt design contest will receive $500, four tickets to the Gold Rush game, pregame sideline passes and on-field recognition at the game, and a variety of Bobcat gear. Remaining finalists will also be in the running for four tickets to the football game and select Bobcat gear.
