Bobcats Sweep at Montana Invitational

COMPLETE RESULTS
Montana State cross country swept the field at the Montana Invitational, winning the men's and women's team titles at the University of Montana Golf Course on Saturday morning. Four men and four women finished in the top 10 for the Bobcats with Alyssa Snyder and Matthew Gotta leading the way.
Snyder, a freshman from Coalville, Utah placed second overall, crossing the finish line in 17:59.22. Chiara Warner can in shortly after Snyder, placing third with a time of 18:06.58 and Kaylee Schmitz finished in sixth place (18:18.06). Rachel Atwood placed eighth (18:21.05), while Jenette Northey finished just outside the top ten, placing 11th at a 18:30.54 pace. Kinsey Gomez of Idaho State took the individual title with a time of 17:11.62.
Gotta placed fourth overall, completing the 8K course in 25:29.10. Justice Lamer continues to impress in his freshman season, placing seventh with a time of 25:30.75. Ty Mogan and Diego Leon finished ninth and tenth, crossing the finish line in 25:33.92 and 25:34.63. Brock Sandry came in 13th, marking a 25:39.15 finish.
The Bobcat women topped Idaho and Montana as a team, while the men placed above Gonzaga, Idaho and Montana.
