Montana State Announces 2014 Football Game Designations

As spring football gets underway, the Montana State Department of Athletics, in conjunction with the MSU Alumni Foundation, Bobcat Club, Bobcat Sports Properties, College of Agriculture, Office of Student Success and a host of other campus groups, has announced game designations for the 2014 home football schedule.

This fall's game designations include Gold Rush, Sept. 6 vs. Black Hills State; Wendy's Hall of Fame Weekend, Sept. 13 vs. Central Arkansas; Homecoming, Sept. 27 vs. North Dakota; Cap on Cancer/Family and Parent's Weekend, Oct. 18 vs. Weber State; AG Day, Nov. 8 vs. Portland State; and Senior Day/Military Appreciation Day, Nov. 15 vs. Idaho State. The Bobcats will also host Big Sky rival Eastern Washington on Sept. 20.

Other important dates for the upcoming season include the Triangle Classic/Banquet in Great Falls, April 11-12; the annual Sonny Holland spring game, April 19; Family Fun Day, Aug. 17; and the downtown Cat Walk, Aug. 22.

Renewals for 2014 football season tickets have been sent out. In addition, new season tickets for the seven-game home slate can be purchased beginning April 1 at 10 a.m. The priority deadline for season tickets and Bobcat Club membership is set for April 30.

Purchases can be made via the MSU Athletics Online Ticket Center or by calling the Bobcat ticket office at 406-994-CATS.
