Montana State junior Jake Turner placed 101st out of 246 competitors at the 2014 NCAA Cross Country Championships, Saturday afternoon in Terre Haute, Indiana. The Lolo native covered the 10,000-meter course in 31:32.0. Edward Cheserek, a sophomore from Oregon, won the men's title in 30:19.4. Colorado won the men's team title with 65 points. The Buffaloes were followed in the top five by Stanford 98, Portland 175, Northern Arizona 188 and Syracuse 206.
