
Concussion Specialist to Speak to Student-Athletes

Dr. Richard Ellenbogen to Visit MSU
On Sept. 19 at 7:00p.m., Dr. Richard Ellenbogen will present to the Student-Athletes at MSU about recognizing concussion symptoms, post-concussion care, and prevention techniques. The presentation will be in the SUB Ballroom on campus.

We would like to send an invitation to those in the community who may be interested in attending this presentation. Because space is limited the first 50 people to contact Bobcat Athletics will be able to attend.
Dr. Ellenbogen is a University of Washington professor and chairman of the Department of Neurological Surgery, he is chief and attending of neurological surgery at Harborview Medical Center and attending neurosurgeon at Seattle Children's. In addition, Dr. Ellenbogen is a Co-Chairman of the NFL's Concussion Committee and helped to develop "Heads Up" online concussion training.
