“We didn't get production from our left-sides,” said MSU head coach Kyle Weindel. “We had a hard time scoring points. I thought our middles and Macy Page played well. We'll put this behind us and put our attention on Northern Arizona.”
The Bobcats were paced by Sarah Horton and Page with 17 and 13 kills, respectively. Page also posted a .303 attack mark and two blocks. Middle blockers Taylar Barney and Natalee Godfrey combined for 15 kills, a .364 attack mark and seven blocks.
Setter Jennifer Lundquist notched a double-double with 46 assists and 11 digs. Horton also had a double-double adding 14 digs. Also in double-digit saves were Nicole Baker and Kasey Schlatter with 11 and ten, respectively.
MSU will close out its regular-season home schedule on Saturday night against Northern Arizona.
