Bobcats face Weber State in snowy Ogden
Montana State faces its first bad-weather, bad-field game of the season today, facing Weber State in Ogden. The Wasatch Front received several inches of snow Friday night, but WSU's new artificial surface field.
As has been his - and his team's - mantra all season, Rob Ash wasn't concerned about any factors external to his team. "I think we'll be ready for the cold," Ash said. "I'll be keeping my eyes on our true freshmen from California, Deonte Flowers and Shawn Johnson, to see how they handle it. But honestly, young guys see the older guys from California and Texas treating it like it's no big deal, so they tend to do that, too."

The Bobcats are relatively good health entering Game Ten. Leo Davis won't start, but is expected to play. Sean Gords is tabbed to start at cornerback. Those are the only two lingering injury problems.

Weber State quarterback Mike Hoke warmed up Saturday and is expected to play.

Elvis Akpla is 45 yards from moving into fourth place in school history in receiving yards, and 61 yards from entering the top three.
