Bleskin Earns Academic All-America District VII Honors

Bobcat sophomore among top student-athletes in Division I Football
BOZEMAN, Mont. – Tanner Bleskin, Montana State's standout sophomore receiver from Great Falls, earned CoSIDA Academic All-America District VII honors Thursday.
The CM Russell High School product was one of two receivers chosen for the team, which covers NCAA Division I institutions from nine stats in the West and Midwest. Bleskin is MSU's second-leading receiver with 26 catches and 356 receiving yards this season. He has three touchdown catches in 2011 for the 9-1, Big Sky-leading Bobcats.
An exercise science major, Bleskin's 3.95 grade point average (out of 4.0) was fourth-highest among the 24 players chosen. The all-district honor puts Bleskin into the pool of finalists for Academic All-America honors.
