The Montana State volleyball team dropped a 25-23, 25-7, 25-23 decision to Montana, Saturday night in Missoula.

Junior Rachelle Allen paced Montana State (6-7, 1-2) with 10 kills and eight digs.
The Bobcats held close to Montana (6-8, 2-1) in the opening and final sets, including a 19-16 advantage in the third stanza, but failed to close out the game.
For the match, MSU hit .085 from the field, while UM converted at a .316 clip.
Defensively, the Bobcats were paced by Meghan Albiston, who posted a match-high 13 digs.
MSU will host Cal State Bakersfield on Sunday and Monday at 7 p.m. in Shroyer Gym.
