Bobcat Men Drop Two on Spring Break Trip; Women Host Two at BATC

Against LMU, the Bobcats lost the opening doubles point, but rallied to take a 2-1 advantage following victories by Jakub Dybala and Esteban Ferrero at Nos. 2 and 6 singles, respectively.
The Lions answered winning the next three matches to secure the victory. The Bobcats picked up its final win of the match at No. 3 singles as Pawel Turzanski posted a 6-7, 7-6, 10-7 victory over LMU’s Johan Berhof.
MSU concludes its spring break play against Asuza Pacific on Thursday.
The Montana State women’s tennis squad will host a pair of matches in the Bobcat-Anderson Tennis Center this weekend. MSU will face Utah State on Friday at 1 p.m., before hosting Big Sky Conference rival Montana, Sunday morning at 9 a.m.
MSU was originally scheduled to play a back-end of a home-and-home series against Houston, but the Cougars canceled due to budget restraints.
