DH - Dallas: With a bunch of road games coming in the second half of the conference season, how critical is tomorrow's game against the Grizzlies in maintaining the momentum you've built lately?
Home games are critical, but regardless, we've played well on the road and shown that we can compete there. That's what the non-conference can do for you. We've had quality wins in some tough places and I think we can continue to play off that in our last four conference road games.

BR - Missoula: With the second half of the conference about to start, what do you think are the strengths and weaknesses of this team, and what is the area you would like to see improvement in?
We want our guys to continue to play consistently and with energy, and with good focus. Every possession continues to be really important at this time of year. There's not much separating the teams in this league.

DR - Bozeman: What role do you see freshman Austin Brown playing in the last few weeks of the season?
Obviously Austin has stepped up as of late, and this is the time of year you would hope the freshmen would begin to turn into sophomores. He's been like a sponge this year in terms of grasping concepts. When he brings offense that's a good thing, but we really think he can help us with his defense and rebounding.

BR - Missoula: Your have been working this year with a new assistant coaching staff. Can you tell us a little bit about what the different assistants are doing and what their responsibilities are now that you have been working with them for six months or so?
We really hit the ground running as a staff. Having Brian and Scott's background and experience has been important in the transition, and Temesghen's energy and Carlnel's energy have added a great deal to the program. We take a whole approach to our duties. We all handle recruiting and scouting on some level, and we all work with our guys on some level. Naturally there is a feeling out process as to strengths, so once this year is over and our recruiting for this year is settled we'll step back and evaluate and streamline in preparation for next year.

DK - Bozeman: What is your recruiting philosophy about recruiting in-state kids? Is the talent pool of kids in Montana good enough to produce a decent number of D-I kids?
We're continually evaluating the state, and work hard to recruit the best kids in the state that are good fits for Montana State. I'm excited about what the state has to offer coming down the road here. I think it's important for all of our programs to be represented by the state, and recruiting the state aggressively will always be a priority.

DH - Dallas: What are your chances of catching Portland State for second place?
We certainly want to finish as high as we can. I believe Montana's in second right now. We could be in worse shape than we're in right now and we certainly have a tough road ahead. Our league is extremely balanced. The only thing we can control is how we play in this next game, and that's our focus right now. We're not worried about positioning for the playoffs or any of that at this point.

TS - Helena: Can you talk about your team's aggressiveness ever since the UNC game? Has the team adopted this new persona and really bought into taking the game to the opponent?
I think we've been aggressive all season. We've been one of the leading rebounding teams in the league throughout and near the top in steals. Northern Colorado out-played us, and it was a disappointing outcome, but you certainly have to be aggressive each night. I like the approach our guys have taken in that area.

BR - Missoula: How is MSU's APR? Have the grades risen in the past three years?
Our APR score has risen each year, and we've stabilized it now. The number when I arrived was low, and we have to live with that because it's a four-year cycle, but we've dodged some bullets and we look to be in great shape. Our GPA continues to be really good.
