Bobcat Game Notes at Northern Colorado

It comes down to this: two teams are fighting for the last Big Sky Conference Tournament spot, Eastern Washington and Montana State. If Eastern loses at home to Portland State Saturday, the ‘Cats are in. If the Eagles beat PSU, MSU needs to win either Sunday at Northern Colorado (2 pm, Altitude TV) or Tuesday at home against Weber State to seal a post-season berth. Northern Colorado won its way into the tournament with Thursday’s win over Montana, a game that revived the possibility of the Grizzlies hosting a first-round tournament game as the third seed. The third seeded team hosts the sixth seed in the first round, while the fourth seed hosts the fifth seed.
