Montana State's quest for its second consecutive road win fell short in 3-1 loss to Northern Arizona, Thursday night.

The Montana State volleyball squad's quest for its second consecutive Big Sky Conference road win fell short due to service errors as Northern Arizona posted a 25-14, 25-20, 21-25, 25-22 win over the Bobcats, Thursday night in the Rolle Activity Center.
After dropping the first two sets, Montana State (3-19, 1-11) took command of set three by virtue of out-hitting Northern Arizona (8-13, 5-7) .250 to .077.
However, the Bobcats' effort to push the match to a fifth and deciding set fell short as MSU committed ten service errors in the fourth set, accounting for almost half of NAU's 25-points.
Senior Kyla Hendry paced
Senior Taylor Faught dished out 42 assists, while adding eight digs. Defensively, libero Meghan Albiston paced all Bobcat players with a team-high 16 digs.
NAU was led in the win by Kelli Dallmann with 16 kills, 21 assists and nine digs.
