Whitefish Golfer Signs With MSU

“Chelsea is a product of a great junior golf program in Whitefish and we are excited to have her,” Spalding said. “She will be a great fit for our team and I am looking forward to having her at Montana State.”
Ray helped lead Whitefish High School to the 2007 Class A Golf Championship played at Anaconda in October, finishing fourth in the event. She finished second in the same event in 2006 as a junior.
Ray is a four-time state junior girls golf champion. She also competes on the Montana Junior America’s Cup team, featuring the top four golfers in the state, and is a member of the Montana-Alberta Cup team as well.
