Montana State meets rival Montana this week for the 108th meeting between the two teams. The all-time series stands at 67-35-5 in favor of Montana. MSU is 14-28-1 at Montana. The last Bobcat victory over Montana was in 2005 at Montana, 16-6.

MSU hits the road for their final two matches of the 2008 campaign this week at Idaho State and Weber State. The matches will mark the final competitions for seniors Laura Viren and Kaytlin Van Burger.

MSU men’s basketball hits the road for three games over the next two weeks. The ‘Cats start out Tuesday at Colorado. The Buffs won their season opener against Arkansas-Pine Bluff by 20 points. The following Monday, the ‘Cats travel to Boise State. MSU beat the Broncos at Bozeman last year by two points in a game where sophomore Bobby Howard had a season high 27 points.

Nov. 21: at Gonzaga
Nov. 23: at Washington State
The ‘Cats start a tough road stretch this week traveling to Washington to play Gonzaga and Washington State. The GU women return four starters from last year’s WCC Conference championship team. The WSU women were picked ninth of ten teams in the Pac 10 in the recent coaches’ poll.
