MSU Game-Day Notes vs. Idaho State

The Bobcats awoke to rain in Pocatello on Saturday, but it doesn't matter - much, anyway - inside Holt Arena.
While leaks in the roof allowed some drips over the Holt Arena field, the conditions are mostly dry and pleasant on the inside. Here is a look at today's game...
INJURIES
Several of the players who entered the week with doubtful status are likely to play in today's game. Brandon Bostick is listed as the starter, and is expected to play. WR Deon Toliver (finger) and NT Chris Kolone (knee) are both likely to play, pending their status after warmups.
A PICK-FREE ZONE?
Bobcat coach Rob Ash had no trouble identifying his key area of emphasis on the morning of the game. "It will be crucially important how we handle the ball," Ash said. "If we take care of it, don't fumble the ball and don't throw it to the other team, we should figure out a way to move the ball. We usually are able to do that."
AGAINST THE BENGALS
Demetrius Crawford played well against Montana State last year, carrying 23 times for 173 yards last year... Derek Green, who hasn't caught a ball this year, snagged four in last year's ISU-MSU game... Aaron Mason has 28 carries for 91 yards in his two games against MSU.
