Balanced Attack Leads MSU Women Past Hornets

“It was a total team effort,” said MSU head coach Tricia Binford. “We were very balanced, and I thought Erica Perry really turned a corner in the second half.”
Montana State (6-8, 1-1) was led in scoring by Krislyn Wallace with a game-high 17 points on seven-of-11 from the floor. Also hitting double-digits were Lyndi Seidensticker 12, Sarah Strand 12, and Perry 11.
For the game, the Bobcats shot 52 percent from the floor and held a slim 36-35 advantage under the boards.
Perry, a sophomore from Lynwood, Calif., connected on four-of-eight from the field and added three free throws. In addition, she posted six steals and dished out three assists.
MSU will host Northern Arizona on Saturday night.
