Ellie Rudy Wins Third Conference Athlete of the Week Honor

Rudy, a junior from Woodland, Colorado, won the pole vault at the competitive Mountain States Games Saturday with a vault of 12’11.5”. The event marked Rudy’s fifth pole vault win in as many meets this season. Rudy is an automatic qualifier for the Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships at Bozeman Feb. 23-24, and has a provisional mark for the NCAA Indoor meet as well. The Bobcats will be in action this Saturday at the Brick Breeden Fiedlhouse in the Bobcat Open. Field events begin at 1:00.
