Bobcats Cruise In Exhibition Finale

With Casey Durham and Carlos Taylor back in the lineup, Montana State shot 48% and scored 82 points in an 82-60 exhibition win over Walla Walla University in Bozeman on Saturday.
Taylor scored 19 points to lead all scorers and Durham added four assists and three steals to pace the Bobcats. Divaldo Mbunga scored 15 points and grabbed six rebounds, while Bobby Howard and Adrian Zamora each scored 10.
"We definitely looked like we were more comfortable tonight," said MSU coach Brad Huse. "It helped to have those two guys back." Durham and Taylor, MSU's starting guards, missed Thursday's exhibition opener due to a one-game suspension for both.
Montana State jumped out to a 7-2 lead and never looked back. Walla Walla was within one at 10-9 with 16:06 to play, but the Bobcats 9-2 to run and took a double-digit lead for good at 30-19 with 9:50 to play on a layup by Mecklen Davis.
The Bobcats open the regular season on Friday night at UNLV.
