Durham Earns BSC Weekly Honor

Montana State senior guard Casey Durham has been selected the Big Sky Conference men’s basketball Player of the Week for games played between Nov. 13 and Nov. 19. Durham led Montana State to a pair of victories, averaging 17.5 points per game, and shooting .786 percent from the field.
Durham, a 6-foot, 171-pounder from Bozeman, Mont., scored 19 points with two steals, an assist and a rebound in Montana State’s 74-56 victory over Long Beach State on Tuesday, Nov. 13. Durham made 6-of-7 from the floor, including 4-of-5 from 3-point range.
Durham came up big again on Friday night, hitting the game-winning jumper with three seconds left as the Bobcats beat former Big Sky member Boise State 86-84. Durham scored 16 points with five assists, four steals and two rebounds. He made 5-of-7 field goals, and went 3-of-5 from 3-point range. Montana State lost to Boise State by 25 last year.
For the Week, Durham was 11-of-14 from the floor, 7-of-10 from 3-point range, and 6-of-8 from the free-throw line.
