Ellie Rudy Wins Women's Pentathalon at MSU Invite

Rudy, a junior from Woodland Park, Colorado, piled up 2826 points during the five-event day at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. Teammate Ashley Kropp, a freshman from Helena Capital, placed second in the event with 2592 points.
Rudy placed first in fouor of the five events winning the 55 meter hurdles, high jump, shot put and long jump. Kropp placed first in the 800.
The Bobcat indoor track squad hosts the Montana State Open on Jan. 19 at the Brick Breeden Fiedhouse at 4:30 p.m.
