Ellie Rudy is BSC Field Athlete of the Week

Rudy, a junior from Woodland Colorado, turned in an NCAA provisional mark in the pole vault at last Friday’s Montana State Open. The All-American took up where she left off after last year’s outdoor season with her 13-5.25 vault, just four inches short of an NCAA qualifying mark. Rudy was also one inch shy of the MSU Fieldhouse record, the only Bobcat women’s pole vault record she has not broken since coming to MSU.
