Gillum Leads MSU Women Golfers at Colorado

The MSU contingent is led by junior Kelly Gillum, who is tied for 13th place after shooting a 73 in the first round.

LaRae Smith is close behind Gillum in a tie for 19th place. Smith also fired a one-over par 73 in the first round, but dropped one stroke in the beginning of second round play. The MSU team is poised to make a move from 12th place (307) among the 17-team field.

Colorado leads the team scoring with 286.
