A Perfect 10: MSU Women’s Basketball Leads Bobcat Big Sky Academic Picks

To be eligible, a student-athlete must have participated in at least half of the team’s competition; achieved a 3.20 cumulative grade-point average at the conclusion of the most recently completed term; and completed at lest one academic term at their current institution.
In all, thirty-one MSU student-athletes were named to the Big Sky academic list.
“To have all our kids named to the Big Sky Conference academic team is a remarkable accomplishment,” said MSU women’s basketball coach Tricia Binford. “I can’t say enough about how this group worked both on the court and in the classroom.”
MSU student-athletes named to the Big Sky Conference All-Academic team include: Men’s Basketball: Carson Durr, Ted Morris; Women’s Basketball: Shannon Bosley, Whitney Connolly, Amanda DeHaan, Nubia Garcia, Erin Goodman, Jenny Heringer, Scotta Morton, Alyssa Nelson, Anne Phippard, Katy Proietti. Men’s Indoor Track and Field: Matt Beamer, Brad Benjamin, Carson Drew, Kelly Fulton, Michael Green, Jesse Merritt. Women’s Indoor Track and Field: Meg Bucy, Autumn Domitrovich, Allison Hixon, Erin Jones-Graf, Ashley Jones, Lise Kilgore, Fawn Kirkpatrick, Megan Lee, Amy Plummer, Torey Scheafer, Brittany Speirs, Brenn Stacey, Tony Qunell.
In all, thirty-one MSU student-athletes were named to the Big Sky academic list.
