Bobcat Seniors Honored

Montana State University's M Club honored the school's 52 senior student-athletes Wednesday at the Club's annual Senior Banquet.
M Club member and Wendy's MSU Athletics Hall of Famer Sonny Holland served as Master of Ceremonies for the event, which honored a group of competitors that helped bring the 2005 Sterling Bank Big Sky President's Cup to MSU. This group also won three Big Sky Men's All-Sports Trophies during its time at MSU, and landed a half-dozen Big Sky titles. MSU student-athletes have also posted a cumulative grade point average of better than 3.0 for the past 10 consecutive semesters.
"This is an outstanding group of young people," MSU Athletic Director Peter Fields said. "Their time at Montana State has been marked by tremendous success in competition and in the classroom, and this is a fitting way to recognize that effort."
The M Club is an organization of former Bobcat letterwinners that hosts the Senior Banquet and provides all first time MSU letterwinners with letter jackets.
