Bobcats Fall at Boise State

Turnovers plagued Montana State, as the Bobcats let an early lead slip away in a 94-69 loss at Boise State on Wednesday night.
Bobcat coach Brad Huse said the source of his team's early-season struggles is easy to identify. "The turnover issue is so significant," Huse said. "When you look at the difference, 33 of their points came off turnovers, and that's the tale of the game. We're going to have to look at some personnel things, how we're turning the ball over and where they're coming from. Those turnovers are critical, and it's the same old thing."
Nick Dissly led the Bobcats with 18 points, while Carson Durr added eight. Durr grabbed a team-high six rebounds. Huse said, turnovers aside, his team's offensive execution was acceptable. "Offensively we had a nice flow. We did some nice things offensively, but it got away from us defensively. They beat us up at the free throw line, but down low, as well.
Montana State returns to action on Saturday, hosting WAC foe Fresno State at 7 pm in Worthington Arena.
