Belgrade Star Joins MSU Track Squad

Belgrade High School standout Jessie Greany has signed a National Letter-of-Intent to join the Montana State track and field squad next year, MSU assistant coach Tom Eitel said.
Greany joins the program as a high jumper and hurdler after winning the state high jump title for the Panthers last spring. She has a best mark of 5-6, and also finished third in the 100 and 300 hurdles.
"Jessie is a good all-around athlete who could really have a great senior year," Eitel said of the three-sport star who also plays volleyball and basketball. "She is part of a really good program, and has benefited from outstanding coaching from Matt Brown and Don Samuelson. We're looking forward to having a top-flight high jumper/hurdler in the program."
